Rückgabe- & Umtauschrichtlinien — Priceless Activewear GmbH

Priceless Activewear GmbH (“Priceless Activewear,” “we,” “us”) wants every Mind purchase to feel deliberate. If your item arrives with a factory defect or the wrong size was shipped from our Frankfurt am Main fulfillment desk, we will correct it under the rules below.

• Window. Initiate a return within thirty (30) calendar days of the recorded delivery scan. Requests outside this window are reviewed case-by-case for defects only.
• Condition. Footwear must be unworn outside, include original packaging, tags intact, and ship in a protective outer carton. Slides with visible sole wear cannot be restocked.

• Refunds. Approved refunds post to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of warehouse receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we fulfilled incorrectly.
• Promo stacking. Discounts applied via codes are reflected net in your refund when the entire order is returned; partial returns may forfeit proportional promo value.

This policy supplements—not replaces—any manufacturer warranty that applies to authentic Priceless product sold through Priceless Activewear GmbH.

Datenschutz policy

We collect only what we need to fulfill orders, send transactional email, and respond to gear-desk inquiries. Categories include contact identifiers, shipping addresses, device/browser metadata, and on-site interaction signals (for example, cart contents stored locally in your browser until checkout).

We do not sell personal information. Service providers (carriers, email delivery, fraud screening) receive the minimum data required to perform their contract with Priceless Activewear GmbH. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account-grade records by writing to the address below with subject line “Datenschutz Request.”

AGB of use

Accessing Priceless Activewear properties means you agree not to scrape inventory, interfere with checkout flows, or misrepresent affiliation with Priceless Inc. Editorial copy is opinion; performance metrics cited on the review pages reflect our internal methodology unless sourced otherwise.

Prices, promos, and availability may change without notice. We may refuse service when fraud indicators appear. Ontario law governs disputes, and venue rests in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Ontario, except where federal jurisdiction is exclusive.
