Process
Step 1
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. We will custom design and produce it. Contact us supplying the following information.
- Product interest in
- Any special requests
- Quantity wanted
- Materials preferred
- Name, Organization, Location
- Logo, png, jpeg, vector, pdf
Step 2
Once we receive all the information from your request (step 1) we will supply you with:
- Quote Including Shipping
- Mock-ups
- Art work or set up fee is included
- Approval or changes needed
Step 3
Once all is approved and agreed upon all that's left is payment. All orders must be paid for in full before production starts. Payment can be received by:
- International E-Transfer
- Company Cheque / Bank Draft
- Bank Wire Transfer
Step 4
Timeline:
From time of payment:
- 1-2 Weeks Production dependent on order size
- 1-2 Weeks shipping, Usually DHL
- We like to allow one week for any unforeseen issues that may arise.
- Usual Timeline runs on average around 4-6 Weeks
