Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we can’t offer you a any refund or exchange. Because these are custom made items we cannot offer any returns. if there are any concerns with the items received we can discuss a remaking of the items. In this case we only allow if an unfortunate mistake was made in the way of the manufacturer with a misunderstanding or communication about the sizing, logo’s or design.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are incorrectly made from the order details (ie.. size, colors, design, etc…) All orders are sent an approval sheet that that we supply before the making of the order. This includes a final mock-up of the items, a size chart that will be used to make the items, and a confirmation by you that everything is correct.
